As a Common Grounds Supervisor, you support the overall operation and upkeep of the resort’s facilities and outdoor areas while providing day‑to‑day leadership to the team. This role ensures the property remains well‑maintained, safe, and welcoming for all guests and team members.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Observes routine grounds maintenance needs, sets priorities and makes work assignments.
- Is responsible for the maintenance of pool decks, common areas, driveways, BBQ areas including athletic playing areas, playgrounds and parking areas.
- Performs routine trash collection and removal. Coordinates’ dumpster and reinstallation through complex.
- Submits a cost estimate for the amount of material and labor necessary for a particular job.
- Estimates labor and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Conducts a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to ensure acceptability.
- Trains staff in the accurate use of tools and work procedures.
- Keeps records of work orders, inventory, and expenditures.
- Instruct employees on safety procedures.
- Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support department operations.

- Current experience as a supervisor, and 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Grounds maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with work and limitations of various crafts in pools/spas/water features/grounds/buildings/maintenance.
- Availability of working weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed (primary shift will be days).
