What will I be doing?
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby.
- Clean public areas.
- Clean lodge and patio home outdoor patios and balconies
- Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
- Other duties as requested by leadership
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and other equipment.
- Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Prior hospitality experience., but not necessary.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Good communication skills.
