What Will I be Doing?
The Supervisor, Business Operations develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track HOA performance metrics, analyze trends and variances to support decision making and operational improvements, assist in month-end close process and HOA-related reconciliations.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Headcount & Resource Planning:
- Support ongoing reconciliation of HOA headcount across systems and teams.
- Partner with Finance and HR to ensure alignment with budget and forecast processes.
- Budget & Forecast Planning:
- Partner with Resort Operations Team to prepare annual budgets.
- Partner with Resort Operations Team to prepare monthly forecasts.
- Audit & Compliance Support:
- Assist with internal audits including DEX and other HOA-related operational reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Resort Ops, Call Center, and Finance teams to support HOA operations.
- Partner with Financial Consolidation teams to streamline overlapping processes.
- Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting and operational workflows.
- Maintain documentation of key processes and procedures
- Lead Others:
- Oversee Business Operations Coordinators at multiple sites, as assigned.
- Provide training, guidance, and oversee performance of Coordinators.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- HS Diploma
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong Excel Skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail3
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of related experience
