Hilton Grand Vacations Hires Andrea A. Agnew to Lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 14, 2021) – Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) announced today that Andrea A. Agnew has joined the company as vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).

In this newly created role, Agnew will lead the development of a comprehensive and forward-thinking DE&I strategy to support HGV’s team members across the globe. In addition, she will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s existing programs and processes related to DE&I, community relations, recognition and culture. Agnew will report to HGV’s Chief Human Resources Officer Pablo Brizi.

Most recently, she served as vice president and chief diversity officer at Comcast Spectacor, where she was responsible for developing strategy, goals and quantitative metrics for the organization and its business units and helped to establish the company’s Executive Diversity Inclusion Council.

Hilton Grand Vacations Opens Luxury Timeshare Resort in Historic Downtown Charleston

Liberty Place Charleston by Hilton Club marks the vacation-ownership company’s first resort in Charleston, fifth property in South Carolina

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 1, 2021) – Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) announces the opening of Liberty Place Charleston by Hilton Club in Charleston, South Carolina, near the site where the iconic Liberty Tree once stood. Celebrating the best of classic and contemporary, this elegant 100-unit resort is HGV’s first property in historic Charleston. Radiating a sophisticated cultural design, the resort strikes the right balance between upscale and inviting and is a welcome addition to the historic neighborhood’s landmarks, rich culture and culinary scene.

Located near the approximate location of the iconic Liberty Tree, where the Declaration of Independence was first read to the city’s citizens, the resort is meticulously designed to offer an inviting vibe for visitors to discover the serene courtyard or historic Vestige Walls on the north side of the property, while still providing privacy for owners and guests.

Carefully curated design elements throughout the resort give a nod to the historical significance of the property. The boutique-style lounge features an original light fixture in the shape of an organic tree branch with 13 lights to represent the 13 original colonies and a brass live oak tree replica of the Liberty Tree is mounted in the entryway.

The attention to detail continues in well-appointed studios and one-and two-bedroom suites. Premier units include balconies, and suites offer full kitchens and separate living areas.

Liberty Place is HGV’s fifth property developed in collaboration with South Carolina-based Strand Capital Group, LLC.

Located in one of North America’s most exclusive resort destinations, Los Cabos, Mexico, sales for the 74-unit property started in December 2020 and is now open to welcoming owners and guests.

As part of the program, guests can expect procedures including Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, “knock and go” dropped-off room service and flexible housekeeping options.

Hilton Grand Vacations Ranked First in the Hotel & Travel Industry as an Adoption-Friendly Workplace by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption

ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2020)  Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) is pleased to announce it has once again ranked among the top 100 companies on Dave Thomas Foundation’s “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” list, which identifies organizations that strive to make adoption a supported option for every working parent. This year, HGV jumped from 47th to 31st place in the top 100 companies and was named first place in the hotel and travel industry on the Foundation’s “Best by Industry” list.

“I’m extremely proud of HGV’s continued commitment to support adoptive parents and their families,” said Pablo Brizi, EVP and chief human resources officer at Hilton Grand Vacations. “This a great reflection of the family-first culture that we strive to build at HGV. Our adoption assistance benefit and comprehensive parental leave program empowers our team members to pursue their personal dreams. The company offers corporate, hourly and resort-based team members an adoption assistance benefit of up to $10,000 per child to help offset the cost of adoption. Hilton Grand Vacations Announces National Partnership with Junior Achievement USA

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. (Sept. 16, 2020) – Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) is excited to announce it has chosen Junior Achievement USA (JA) as a national partner in its corporate social responsibility program – HGV Serves.

Hilton Grand Vacations Introduces its Enhanced Care Guidelines, Creating an Even Cleaner and Safer Stay for Travelers

ORLANDO, Fla. (May 26, 2020)Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE: HGV) introduces its Enhanced Care Guidelines, designed to provide owners, guests and team members with the highest level of cleaning protocols and safety standards in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rolling out across all HGV branded resorts and sales galleries, the Enhanced Care Guidelines incorporates the Hilton CleanStay to include best practices and protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and cleaning solutions approved by the Environmental Protection Agency.

“We’ve always been dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for our owners, guests and team members,” said Mark Wang, president and CEO at Hilton Grand Vacations. “That’s why, as the COVID-19 pandemic evolved, so did our focus to further elevate our standards of cleanliness at our properties, sales galleries and corporate offices worldwide. We’ve created the Enhanced Care Guidelines to focus on cleanliness that’s visible throughout a guest’s stay – from check-in to check-out.”

The Enhanced Care Guidelines include:

  • Low-touch arrivals and departures with helpful social distancing signage, all front desk stations will have protective partitions. In addition, bell staff and valet attendants will wear gloves and face coverings wherever possible. Furthermore, HGV will provide complimentary face coverings for all guests and hand sanitizer stations will be strategically located throughout the property.
  • Frequent and thorough cleaning of all high-traffic public spaces, including lobbies, front desks, elevator landings and sales galleries.
  • HGV room seal will be placed on guestroom entry doors to indicate the room has not been accessed since it was thoroughly cleaned, adding an extra measure of assurance.
  • Extra disinfection in high-touch areas using EPA-approved COVID-19 cleaning solutions, including light switches, door handles, phones, TV remotes, thermostats, bed and bedding, bathrooms, safes, kitchen housewares and surfaces.
  • Reduction of paper items, including guest directories, magazines and printed promotional items supplemented with digital options to limit guest exposure.
  • Social distancing practices implemented throughout our properties, including signage directing guests and our team members to keep a safe distance.
  • Pool decks and fitness centers will have capacity limitations to ensure proper social distancing and will also receive frequent and thorough cleaning.
  • New technologies will be evaluated and considered to further improve HGV’s Enhanced Care Guidelines.

HGV team members will receive personal protective equipment and enhanced training to help protect everyone’s well-being while continuing to deliver unmatched HGV hospitality.

HGV is welcoming back owners and guests at many resort locations where operations were temporarily suspended due to COVID-19. While in suspension, essential resort personnel worked diligently maintaining the resorts for a safe re-opening. Annual deep cleanings, typically scheduled during slower seasons, were moved up and completed, allowing the resorts to be in top shape when owners and guests arrive.

Last week, eight HGV resorts opened for operations, with five anticipated to follow suit in weeks to come across Colorado, Florida, Nevada, South Carolina and Utah.

Hilton Grand Vacations Wins a Gold Stevie Award in 2020 American Business Awards

The Timeshare Company Earned a Total of Four Stevie Awards

ORLANDO, Fla. (May 19, 2020)Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE: HGV) was honored with four coveted Stevie® Awards in the 18th Annual American Business Awards®, including a gold Stevie for Company of the Year – Hospitality and Leisure.

HGV won two additional Gold Stevie Awards for the Communications/PR Campaign of the Year – Travel and Tourism and the Communications Professional of the Year. Furthermore, the Company earned a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Team of the Year.
