In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart. Amazing opportunity to join the 105 room Villas De Santa Fe, a Hilton Vacation Club, located less than a half a mile, from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. What will I be doing:
- Welcoming and greeting Owners and Guests.
- Checking Owners and Guests in and out, following all standards and requirements.
- Performing all transactions related to an Owner or Guest stay.
- Provide Inspired Hospitality and assist owners and guests with special requests to ensure memorable experiences.
- Use empowerments to resolve and follow up on owner and guest challenges to Make It Right.
- Exemplify our Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.
- Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders, contact respective departments, and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and fully stocked work area.

Responding to Owner and Guest calls, inquiries, and requests in person, via phone and/or via text message.
What are we looking for:
- Proficient English language
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
- Minimum 1 Yr Guest Service experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred, but not required:
- Front Desk/Guest Services Agent
- Credit card transactions
- Hospitality experience in a Resort setting
- Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel
