業務内容
来訪されたお客様に対し、バケーション・オーナーシップ商品のご提案および販売を行っていただきます。
当社の営業モデルでは、すべての見込み顧客を会社が提供しており、テレアポや自己集客は不要です。
営業担当者は提案およびクロージングに専念できる環境が整っています。

勤務条件
- シフト制（週4～5日勤務／祝日・週末含む）
- 勤務開始：午前7時45分
- 勤務終了：お客様対応終了後
- 最終アポイントメント予約：午後2時
入社後は2週間の有給研修を実施し、その後シフトが決定されます。

- Action Line Sales Executives have a target annual earnings of $90,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The pay rate is $18 per hour, plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 4-5 day working schedule following completion of training, based on business needs.

- 一定の基準を満たしセールスギャラリーに来場されたお客様に、新たな概念の商品であるヒルトンブランドのバケーションオーナーシップについて、プレゼンテーションを行い、販売し、新規顧客を獲得する。
- ご購入されたお客様と電話、Eメール、書面、時に対面でのフォローアップのコミュニケーションを行い、お客様の満足度向上に努める。
- お客様からのお問い合わせや懸念点に関して、クライアント・リレーションチームと連携し、お客様の課題解決に取り組む。
- セールストレーニング及びミーティングに参加し、当社製品に関する重要な最新情報を習得する。
- 紹介営業により新な見込み顧客を獲得する。
- 前向きなチーム環境を促進し、HGVのコアバリューとポリシーを実行する。
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Engage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
- Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
- Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
- Generate referral leads with each new customer.

What are we looking for….
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
- Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
- Fluency in Japanese and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
