マーケティングエグゼクティブとしてマーケティングデスクに配属され、現場にいるお客様にとって弊社との最初のコンタクト先となります。ヒルトンバリューに基づいた楽しくポジティブなおもてなしの姿勢を保ちつつ、以下の責任を担います。
- お客様に弊社のマーケティングプロモーションに興味を持っていただき、日本、韓国、ハワイにおけるバケーション・ギャラリーでのタイムシェア販売説明会ご予約を獲得する
- 顧客リードを獲得する
- お客様にホテル宿泊のパッケージツアーおよびタイムシェア販売説明会を販売する
- 毎月・毎四半期・毎年の目標数値を達成する
- マーケティングプログラムおよびプロモーションを実施・運営する
- お客様からの意見・感想・クレーム等を上長等に伝える
- その他上長から指示される業務の実施

- 対面接客業/サービス業での経験または同 等の経験が2年以上
- 自発的なチームプレーヤー
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
- Microsoft Excel, Wordの基本的操作 を含む、PC スキルおよび iPad などの操作 などのITリテラシー
- 屋外での勤務が可能
- 休日、週末を含め、柔軟な勤務時間に対応可能
また、以下の条件をお持ちの方を歓迎いたします。
- フィールドマーケティングまたはセールス分野の職務経験あり
- コンシェルジュサービス、ツアーやアクティビティなどの紹介経験あり
- タイムシェア販売に関する知識や経験あり
- 英語、韓国語、中国語の会話力
