What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Representative OPC Lead, you will spend the majority of your time driving production while serving as a mentor and leader for the team.
Production Responsibilities (4 Days Per Week)
- Engage prospective guests and generate qualified vacation ownership tour opportunities.
- Build rapport with guests and present vacation ownership offerings in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals and production expectations.
- Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism and integrity.
Leadership Responsibilities (1 Day Per Week)
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance, confidence, and guest engagement skills.
- Monitor individual goals and performance metrics to identify opportunities for development.
- Provide hands-on location-specific training, including prospecting techniques and effective guest engagement strategies.
- Coordinate mentor partnerships and scheduling to maximize new hire success.
- Assist with marketing systems training, sales process education, and operational support.
- Partner with leadership to drive team performance and overall business objectives.
- Perform additional duties and projects assigned.
What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-
Minimum six (6) months of Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Marketing experience

Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills
-
Thorough knowledge of the local market and surrounding attractions

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proven ability to motivate others while maintaining strong personal production results
Preferred Qualifications
-
One (1) year or more of experience training, coaching, or developing sales or marketing professionals
-
One (1) year or more of leadership or supervisory experience within the Timeshare or Vacation Ownership industry

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding marketing performance goals
