As a Front Office Manager, you will lead, direct, and coordinate all efforts of the Front Desk, Reservations, Night Audit, Telephone Operations, Bell, and Club Services functions to ensure outstanding owner and guest services. Accountable for the effortless and flawless movement of guests in and out of the resort providing exceptional levels of guest service throughout the guests’ stay. Act as Manager on Duty on occasion and respond to emergency calls. Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all guests/owners are being treated in an efficient and attentive manner and that all Hilton Grand Vacations standards are being applied
- Responsible for assisting with training and directing new department employees. Ensure all Front Office quality standards are aligned with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables. Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest happiness
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations, and handle the activities of the Front Office
- Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals. Acts as a liaison between the resort and time-share guests/owners to ensure spectacular level of customer service
- Facilitates the resolution of any concerns for the guest and/or refers and follows up with appropriate personnel. Resolves guest service issues and concerns as needed.
- Maintains a Manager’s Daily Log
- Listens to the guest’s issues and resolves in a timely manner. Handles all guest complaints and issues in person, by telephone, and via social media. Educates timeshare rules to owners

To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of managerial experience
- 2+years related experience
- Able to work a varying schedule including regular weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property management systems
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience in leading operations operating under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
- Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience
