The Front Desk Clerk will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors at the Sea Glass Tower, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role involves handling check‑ins and check‑outs, managing reservations, and providing accurate information about hotel services.

Schedule: Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
What are we looking for?
- Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely, courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
