We are seeking a professional, reliable, and guest-focused Driver to join our team in Quinta do Lago. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests and team members, while delivering the exceptional service and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for owners members and guests.
- Assist with luggage and offer a warm welcome and farewell.
- Maintain hotel vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Support airport transfers, local transportation, and special guest requests.
- Assist with deliveries, collection of supplies, and other operational tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Portuguese driving licence (Category B).
- Previous experience as a driver, chauffeur, hotel driver, or similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Algarve region, particularly Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Faro, and surrounding areas.
- Fluent Portuguese and conversational English.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.

Estamos à procura de um(a) Motorista profissional, responsável e orientado(a) para o hóspede para integrar a nossa equipa na Quinta do Lago. Esta função é essencial para assegurar o transporte seguro e eficiente de hóspedes, proprietários e colaboradores, garantindo simultaneamente elevados standards de serviço e hospitalidade.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Assegurar o transporte seguro, cortês e profissional de proprietários, membros e hóspedes.
- Auxiliar com bagagens e proporcionar um acolhimento caloroso na chegada e na partida.
- Manter os veículos da empresa limpos e em excelente estado de manutenção e apresentação.
- Efetuar inspeções regulares aos veículos e reportar quaisquer necessidades de manutenção.
- Apoiar transferes de aeroporto, deslocações locais e pedidos especiais dos hóspedes.
- Auxiliar em entregas, recolha de materiais e outras tarefas operacionais sempre que necessário.
- Garantir o cumprimento do Código da Estrada e das normas de segurança da empresa.
- Prestar um serviço de excelência e uma hospitalidade exemplar em todos os momentos.
Requisitos
- Carta de condução portuguesa válida (Categoria B).
- Experiência anterior como motorista, chauffeur, motorista de hotel ou função semelhante será valorizada.
- Bons conhecimentos da região do Algarve, especialmente Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Faro e áreas circundantes.
- Fluente em Português e com conhecimentos de Inglês suficientes para comunicação com hóspedes.
- Apresentação cuidada e fortes competências de atendimento ao cliente.
