We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Polo Towers, located just steps from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip and featuring a rooftop pool deck with stunning city views. In this position, you will supervise, direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities Include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest service requests, concerns, and complaints while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the operation and performance of HVAC systems by monitoring public area temperatures, adjusting equipment settings, and operating fans as needed.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to support the startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and daily operation of HVAC and related mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of gauges, controls, mechanical equipment, and fan coil units to ensure proper functionality and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with Engineering leadership regarding operational needs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Assist maintenance team members with special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
- Accurately complete and maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and work documentation in English.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, stucco, texturing, drywall repair, staining, knockdown finishes, and popcorn ceilings.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning and related plumbing maintenance.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs, including replacing mechanical seals, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, and fan coil unit components.
- Perform minor sheet metal repairs, brazing, soldering, controls calibration, pressure vessel repairs, piping replacement, and installation of associated fittings.
- Organize and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment documentation.
- Assist with the shutdown and restoration of steam, water, and gas systems while supporting the monitoring and maintenance of standpipe, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.
- Complete daily work orders, preventive maintenance assignments, and facility inspections.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed to support resort operations.
- Support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of related engineering, facilities, or property maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Forklift Certification required.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required.
- Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push or pull up to 100 lbs., lift or carry up to 50 lbs., and frequently grasp, stoop, and reach overhead, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
