As a Inv Spec- Team Lead, you would be responsible for:
Lead and Support Daily Sales Operations:
Provide strong leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day sales functions. Your guidance will empower the team to achieve and exceed goals while maintaining excellence in customer satisfaction and compliance.
Motivate & Mentor:
Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
Drive Sales Strategy:
Facilitate impactful sales meetings and training sessions designed to enhance performance and skill development.
Ensure Compliance:
Uphold adherence to HGV’s HR policies as well as all State, Corporate, and National Sales guidelines.
Champion Customer Service Excellence:
Promote and reinforce a culture of exceptional service that enhances the overall owner and guest experience.
Performance Oversight:
Monitor key performance indicators and ensure the team meets or exceeds company standards.
