Now looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Harbour Lights Resort located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
- Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges.
- Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components.
- Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges.
- Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets.
- Other duties as assigned by leader.

- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance
- Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
