We are looking for a Beverage Attendant to join the team at Elara!
What will I be doing?
As a Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests
- Ensures high quality, comfortable and clean environment for guests
- Set up, maintain and break down breakfast buffet, and evening hour hor d’oeuvres
- Clean tables, remove dishes (bussing), ensuring the guest area remains orderly
- Monitor inventory levels, stock supplies, and report shortages
- Act as a liaison between front of house and kitchen staff to ensure food freshness
- Adherence to Health, Safety, and Sanitation policies
- Maintaining a clean, and welcoming environment to all guests

- 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service or hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a strong customer service-oriented attitude
- A valid Food Handlers card required
- A valid TAM card required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to push, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, including holidays and weekends
