The Part-Time Night Auditor at Valdoro Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge, CO is responsible for overseeing overnight resort operations, ensuring accurate nightly financial reconciliation, and providing exceptional guest service during late-night hours.
Compensation: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some variation due to operation needs

Responsibilities
Night Audit / Accounting
- Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and on time
- Balance daily revenue, room charges, taxes, and payments
- Run and distribute required audit and financial reports
- Verify room status and resolve discrepancies between systems
- Ensure all guest folios are accurate and properly posted
Front Desk & Guest Services
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally during overnight hours
- Process reservations, payments, and account adjustments
- Provide resort information and assist with guest requests
Safety, Security & Resort Oversight
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure guest safety and security
- Perform periodic property walkthroughs as required
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, or guest incidents
- Serve as Manager on Duty overnight when applicable, escalating issues per protocol
- Follow all resort safety, emergency, and security procedures
Communication & Documentation
- Log overnight activity, incidents, and maintenance issues
- Communicate important updates to morning management and departments
- Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security as needed
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Follow all Hilton Grand Vacations / Valdoro policies and procedures
- Maintain guest confidentiality and data security
- Uphold brand service standards and professional appearance
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic accounting, math, and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Hospitality or accounting coursework a plus
