We are looking for a Common Area Attendant to join our team at our beautiful resort, Christmas Mountain Village. This outstanding family-friendly resort is situated just west of the Dells, with rows of picturesque pine trees, breathtaking farmland, rolling hills, woods and golf course greens.

Schedule: The required shift is 3:30pm-12:00am, 5 days a week. Weekends and holidays required.
As a Common Area Attendant, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What will I be doing?
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas-including stairwells, railings, walkways, elevators, hallways, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces-in accordance with HGV quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensure the lobby and all glass surfaces are spotless, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests.
• Collect, restock, and supervise inventory of pool towels; remove used towels promptly to support cleanliness and minimize loss.
• Maintain all shower houses, and locker rooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of non-room areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Hilton Grand Vacation property and deliver excellent service with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstations at all times.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support Resort Operations, including special requests or unexpected tasks.
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
What are we looking for?
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior hospitality experience, preferred.
