- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and record-keeping.
- Must be willing to travel between sites
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hospitality software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions is beneficial.
