As the Technology Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and departmental needs, managing day-to-day hardware/software support, assisting team members with technology tools, and facilitating technology projects. You will drive operational efficiency, serving as the primary liaison between end-users and central IT services
In this role your responsibilities would be as followed:

New hire coordination of IT requisitions and onboarding.

Facilitate the production of sales volume with personal closing skills. Lead by example.

Provides front-line troubleshooting for computers, software, peripherals, and audio/visual equipment.
-
Liaison between IT and training/business for new technology rollouts and enhancements/upgrades.
-
Primary point for UAT for system enhancements and upgrades.
-
Partners with individual departments for staff training, develop user guides, and maintain documentation for procedures.
-
Provides analysis for budgeting for technology purchases and enforces security policies.
-
Will assist Front Desk for tour launch/coordination during high volume times.

Other job duties as assigned by management which the team member is capable of performing.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication

At least a 2-year college (associate) degree preferred

1–3 years HGV Virtual support position
-
Proficiency in Window and productivity suites (Office 365).

Strong problem-solving, customer service orientation, and clear communication abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Must have strong sense of integrity.
