カスタマーケア・コーディネーターとして、販売説明会への参加が決まっている方からの問い合わせに対応。また、販売説明会参加者にご進呈した「宿泊招待券」に関する、ホテルの手配や、トラブルがあった際の対応なども担当します。

 

ヒルトングランドバケーションズのコールセンターにて

  • VIP プログラム (Vacation Introductory Program) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント
  • 日本およびハワイ宿泊プラン (WGパッケージ、ハワイパッケージ) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント
  • HVC (Hawaii Vacation Certificate) のアクティベーション、販売説明会の予約管理、フルフィルメント
  • ヒルトンホテルの予約、キャンセル、リスケジュール対応
  • HGVリゾートの予約、キャンセル、リスケジュール対応
  • プログラムのアクティベーションにおけるカード決済、プログラム購入におけるカードローン残高の確認、督促
  • 日本およびハワイの販売説明会に関する問合せ、キャンセル/リスケジュール対応
  • その他、お客様からの問合せ対応

  • 日本語におけるカスタマーコミュニケーションスキル
  • クレーム対応力と問題解決力
  • マイクロソフトオフィスの実務上の操作経験（エクセル・ワード・パワーポイント）
  • 土日祝含むシフト勤務が可能

 

また、以下の条件をお持ちの方を歓迎いたします。 

  • 1年以上のコールセンター経験もしくは同種の経験
  • マーケティングおよびセールス分野における勤務経験
  • タイムシェアの販売に関する知識や経験
