What Will I be Doing?
The Director of Partnership Management Team explores and assists with opportunities for growth and continuous improvement of our processes and products, supporting our leadership position in the industry through better serving our owners and employees. Within this team, and working with internal partners, the Partnerships Team, drives external prospecting, qualifying partners, crafting proposals, negotiating, closing deals, facilitating new programs, and managing partnerships.
The Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships Team is looking for a Director of Partnerships Management to actively participate in new partnership development and relationship management activities.
The Director of Partnership Management role reports to the VP of Partnerships and will focus on developing and supporting new strategic partnerships across all aspects of the Hilton Grand Vacations to facilitate new owner growth, owner benefits and value to the HGV shareholder.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Work closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to establish, build and project management partner development and expand a broad variety of multi-channel partnerships including corporate, digital, B2B, B2C, field marketing, sales, call center sales, and new market entry.
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to understand HGV’s strategic partnership and operational objectives and support the operationalization of partnership growth strategies.
- Candidates who are curious, self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and supportive of a fast-paced team environment will thrive in this role.
- Successful candidates can cultivate strong internal and external relationships, work well cross-functionally, and lead new partner programs.
- Candidates who can proactively manage, effectively communicate, interact, and quickly learn from subject matter authorities and facilitate solutions will excel in this role.
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to prioritize new partnership opportunities and drive revenue through new owner growth and member satisfaction.
- Develop and manage reporting, budgeting, and financial tracking of strategic partnership pursuits.
- Develop and manage partner agreements.

- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
What Are We Looking For:

To fulfill this role efficiently, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 7+ Years of related experience
- 4+ Years of management experience
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, presentation skills and an entrepreneurial demeanor to connect the dots and leverage the HGV Brand and capabilities.
- Contribute to timely and accurate weekly reporting of the pipeline, partnerships, and priority activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation are crucial.
- Ability to travel 15%-20%.
- Hospitality, consumer marketing, sales, and project management experience are a plus.(This is not a marketing sponsorship role)
- Presentation skills plus, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel experience are essential.
