We are looking for a Shuttle Bus Ambassador! The position pays $18/hour and coordinates the pick-ups and drop-offs for Marketing tours to resorts.
- Coordinates the pick-ups and drop-offs for marketing tours.
- Collects deposits and returns to management for reconciliation.
- Communicates scripted information to guests during transportation.
- Provides snacks and refreshments to guests.
- Escorts guest to Tour Reception from shuttle for check-in.
- Provides client information sheets and ensures completion prior to drop-off.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Provides outstanding customer service in accordance with the Company standards.

- 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
- Driver’s Licenses (non-commercial), must be state-specific.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
