We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional service throughout the guest experience, from check-in to check-out.

Schedule Details:
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on operational needs. Scheduled hours may include 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and overnight shift 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:

Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.

Answer phones and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Handle reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations.

Process payments and perform cashiering duties accurately.

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

To fulfill this role efficiently, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one (1) year of hotel experience.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and cash-handling duties.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Luxury hotel experience.

Guest relations experience.

Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Experience with Opera PMS.
