Responsibilities
As a In House Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Hilton Grand Vacations-building trust, creating excitement, and guiding owners toward their dream vacations.
- Deliver engaging, face-to-face and virtual presentations in our award-winning sales centers at premier resort locations.
- Build authentic connections with prospective and current owners from all walks of life.
- Offer tailored vacation ownership solutions-no cold calling, all prequalified leads.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through advanced sales and leadership training.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome professionals from all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re passionate, persuasive, and ready to grow, we want to meet you.
- Must live in or near Whistler Canada
- 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred-but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Willingness to complete our paid training program covering sales strategy, product knowledge, and customer psychology.
- Energetic, resilient, and confident in navigating a luxury sales cycle.
- Comfortable using smart devices and digital tools.
