As a Team Lead in our Call Transfer department, you will play a vital role in managing and guiding a team of call transfer specialists. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and timely call transfers, providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, and driving continuous improvement in our call transfer processes.
Responsibilities

Developing and training Team Members to ensure understanding of company policies, standards of conduct, basic sales techniques, dialer protocol and HGV product knowledge.

As a Team Lead, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Assist in driving the overall team production plan.

Provide direction for Team Members with emphasis on growing package sales and Volume per Guest while ensuring that the team is living the Hilton values and providing our guests the highest degree of customer service.
