Celebrating the Grand Opening of Maui Bay Villas, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club
It brings me great pleasure to share that after 16 years, we now formally celebrated the first of two Hilton Grand Vacations locations on Maui, with the grand opening of Maui Bay Villas, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Expanding our offerings on Maui has been a dream of mine and the opening of this property demonstrates our deep aloha for and investment in Hawaiʻi.
This formal grand opening was delayed last year due to the devastating wildfires in Lahaina. I cannot thank the Maui community enough for the support shown to our entire HGV ʻohana and the incredible leadership of HGV teams during the crisis and in the past year of recovery and healing. We remain committed to supporting the community well beyond our initial donations, aid and support for our non-profit partners. I’m humbled to share that in recognition of this milestone, we’re giving $30,000 to the organizations making significant strides here on Maui, including The Maui Food Bank, Boys & Girls Club of Maui and the American Red Cross. Beyond our efforts to create brighter futures on Maui, we’ve also advanced significant improvements to the local infrastructure and consistently found ways to include more sustainable features throughout the property.
At Maui Bay Villas, I know the aloha spirit will continue to be well received by our domestic and international members. Located in Kihei, the completion of the property’s first phase has opened 115 suites with spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom units. These suites include full kitchens, spacious living and dining areas and are accompanied by a clubhouse, large pools, kids’ room, gym, breathtaking sun deck and restaurant overlooking Maalaea Bay. I’m excited about our progress on our remaining phase, which is expected to be completed in 2027.
Please know that none of this would be possible without you, our Hilton Grand Vacations Team Members. You are the heart of HGV. I am deeply thankful for all you do to ensure positive experiences for kamaʻāina and our members alike.
