We turned the tables on two of Hilton Grand Vacations’ talent acquisition Team Members and interviewed them about their experiences. See how they respond to tried-and-true interview questions and their advice for job-seekers interested in a career with Hilton Grand Vacations.
Sable A. and Randi L. are part of the talent acquisition team at Hilton Grand Vacations. For those unfamiliar with the recruitment world, talent acquisition is all about hiring top talent and creating ways to increase retention and attract talent (like you).
Randi has been a Hilton employee for over 10 years. “I started my career with Hilton Worldwide in 2012, where I recruited for the call center,” she recalled. “I joined Hilton Grand Vacations in 2015 as a senior recruiter for the corporate recruitment team. I’ve been involved with corporate recruitment ever since.”
“I’ve grown immensely while at Hilton Grand Vacations,” she added. “I credit my professional growth to the company and all the wonderful leaders I’ve learned from. However, I’m most proud of all the great Team Members we hired. While Sable hasn’t been with Hilton Grand Vacations for as long, she’s found mentors who’ve helped her grow. “My journey with Hilton Grand Vacations started in March 2022,” said Sable. “One of my greatest accomplishments was promoting a well-deserving recruiter on my team to senior recruiter,” she said. “It’s amazing to support the growth of my team.”
Another way Team Members support each other’s growth is through Team Member Resource Groups, where those of similar backgrounds can come together for support and form a community. Women, PRIDE and diverse abilities are just some of the TMRGs that Team Members can join.
“There are many things I love about working for Hilton Grand Vacations,” said Sable. “But culture is at the top of the list — from the growth opportunities and professional development to work-life balance. I love to travel, and our travel benefits are incredible.”
