We are looking for a Groundsperson to join our team at Kohls Ranch Lodge in Payson, AZ. As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

What will I be doing?
- Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as advised.
- Maintain the property grounds, including basic landscaping, mowing, trimming, weeding and overall cleanliness
- Transport tools, materials and supplies as required.
- Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.
What are we looking for?
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- No experience required- we will train you on everything you need to know!
- Push/pull up to 50lbs
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
