What will I be doing?
- Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
- Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
- Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Replace faulty plumbing components.
- Detailed record keeping
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership
What are we looking for?
- 6 months to 1 year related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
