This role is perfect for those with a knack for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. As an Agent Call Transfer, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests who have been transferred calls from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. With our highest call volume times, you’ll have ample opportunities to make a difference and boost your earnings.
