- Demonstrate analytical skills to process data and convert it to required format

- Strong proficiency with Excel formulas and functions is preferred
- Build monthly reports including Club members, Club transactions, and executive summaries
- Assist Sr. Director and Director of Resort Ops Business Operations with Operating Budget preparations; including but not limited to financial review, data entry, ad hoc financial analysis, budget presentation preparation, etc, daily responsibilities, monthly duties and forecasting tasks.
- Perform Ad hoc analysis for senior leadership focused on operational efficiencies
- Formulate data for month end, quarterly financial reviews, forecast, and budget
- Prepare financial analysis model by refresh data from operational reports
- Process AP invoices, validate information and prepare classifications for approval process
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+year of financial analysis experience
- Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the business
- MS/MA/Master’s Degree
- 3+years of financial analysis experience
- Oracle financial or similar Accounting software, Hyperion Planning systems, Cognos and Excel macros
- Previous experience in Timeshare
