  • Customer Care:  Customer Care Agents connect with our customers who are ready to experience all that Hilton Grand Vacations has to offer. Reaching out directly to those who have purchased a discounted vacation package, Agents provide exceptional customer service to schedule and/or reschedule accommodations and book tour times. This talented team also takes inbound calls from guests responding to marketing campaigns and helps them to find and book the perfect getaway vacation.

 

  • New Member Reservations Agent:  Reservation Agents contact our customers who are ready to experience all that Hilton Grand Vacations has to offer. Connecting with customers who have bought pre-paid vacation packages, Agents provide exceptional customer service to assist in making their travel arrangements, including helping our future guests and Owners book travel dates, maximize and upgrade their packages, and opt into location and tour experiences that will give them priceless memories for years to come.

 

  • Concierge Agents: Take an active part in making vacation dreams come to life. Agents provide an exceptional first impression and welcome by contacting guests to confirm their reservation and assist in creating memorable vacation experiences. This team also takes inbound calls from guests who need to make date changes and/or have questions concerning their upcoming vacation.
