We are currently seeking a highly-motivated In House Marketing Lead with an outgoing personality who is financially motivated and eager to train and support your fellow team members.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests and visitors.
- Proactively train all new hires onsite and assist team members with the booking of tours.
- Maintain open communication with Marketing Manager and Director to ensure monthly location targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while presenting ownership opportunities.
- Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year In-House Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
- 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- High School/GED
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to provide outstanding customer service.
- Confidence in building value and setting/achieving sales goals.
- Strong problem solving and savvy influence skills.
