- Previous sales experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year of hospitality and/or customer service experience, particularly in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a driven spirit and a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $62,000 – $90,000, plus the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.
