Responsabilidades:
- Realizar tarefas de manutenção de rotina, incluindo reparos de canalização, elétrica e HVAC.
- Conduzir inspeções regulares das instalações do hotel para identificar e resolver problemas.
- Responder prontamente a pedidos de manutenção de hóspedes e funcionários.
- Garantir que todos os equipamentos e sistemas estejam a funcionar corretamente e em segurança.
- Manter registos precisos das atividades de manutenção e reparos.
- Colaborar com outros departamentos para garantir uma experiência perfeita para os hóspedes.
- Cumprir todas as normas de segurança e saúde.
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada na função em ambiente de hotel ou similar.
- Capacidade de diagnosticar e reparar vários problemas mecânicos e elétricos.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e exigente na atenção aos detalhes.
- Boas habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa.
- Conhecimentos de Inglês (valorizado).
Hotel Maintenance Person

About Us: Join our dynamic and success-driven team at Vilar do Golf, a premier resort in the stunning Quinta do Lago Algarve. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities to identify and address issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demanding attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English speaker (valued)
