Valdoro Lodge in Breckenridge, CO is hiring a Full-Time Concierge As a Concierge you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service alignment and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Compensation: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times.
- Recommends and books activities and dining options suitable for the guest. When making a booking fill out voucher system, input guest charges into VOICE, confirm with Activity Company the booking and provide the guest with all pertinent information.
- Stays abreast of current events, specials, new businesses in town, etc. so you are well informed to assist the guest.
- Book guests for spa treatments at the Valdoro Spa through on-line booking system. Works closely with spa owner on any changes, better systems, etc. Interacts with the spa staff for spa postings and guest information.
- Assists with other departments when needed. Frequently assists with ski storage and front desk phone calls.
- Maintains coffee service throughout the day in Winter and lemon water in the Summer.
- Attends town vendor day to keep updated on activities and vendors.
- Maintains communication by radio when assisting with shuttle and when away from desk.
- Excellent phone skills, with a customer friendly demeanor towards all team members as well as other internal and or external customers. Demonstrates accurate telephone techniques, communication etiquette.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have strong digital literacy and be flexible to work any day of the week, any shift to include weekends and holidays.
