Ready to grow your career in a fun, outdoor environment? Christmas Mountain Village is seeking a Resort Golf Operations Supervisor to support daily ski and golf activities at our year-round resort.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors, has leadership experience, and feels comfortable being responsible for and working with equipment in a fast paced setting.‑paced setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily ski and golf operations and support frontline team members
- Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues as they arise
- Assists in the ordering and management of inventory and supplies for the golf operations.
- Coordinate inventory and seasonal setup/breakdown of ski and golf equipment
- Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
Schedule
- Full availability including weekends and holidays.

To fulfill this role efficiently, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in ski, golf, resort, outdoor recreation, or related operations
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Able and willing to acquire CPR/First Aid (Adult and Child) and Ski Patrol certifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
