Marketing Managerは、アサインされたマーケティングチームの責任者として、人材の採用・研修・育成、チームの円滑な運営を行い、タイムシェア販売説明会への集客という、新しいバケーションのスタイルを提案する役割を担うマーケティングデスクのパフォーマンスの向上を目指す。
Marketing Managerとして；
- アサインされたマーケティングチームのパフォーマンスマネージメント、チームメンバーの採用、シフトおよび労務管理、運営マネージメント
- 月および四半期のチームの目標数値（ターゲット）の達成のためのプランニングと施策実行
- H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューに基づくホスピタリティの精神とパフォーマンスの維持と向上
- セールスマネージャーおよびマーケティングプランニングのチームと連携、協力し、セールスギャラリーの営業効率の向上
- タイムシェア販売説明会予約促進のためのイベントやプロモーションのプランニングおよび遂行
- イベントおよびプロモーションを行う商業施設や店舗とのビジネス関係の構築と維持
- マーケティング・エグゼクティブおよびリード・マーケティング・エグゼクティブとのパフォーマンス面談を実施。コーチング、トレーニング、モチベートし、メンバーのパフォーマンスを最大限引き出せるよう支援する
- チーム運営の最適化に対するシニアマネージメントへの報告業務
その他ビジネスに必要とされる任務を必要に応じて行う
