- Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
- Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
- Make required presentation to guests
- Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
- Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- High School Degree/GED or higher
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Active Real Estate license preferred
- Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred
