As an Resales Agent for our Captiva Island properties, you will be a key player in promoting and explaining the benefits of vacation ownership to our valued guests and owners. Your role is crucial in helping individuals and families create lasting vacation memories and build a strong connection with our resort. You will be the face of our resort, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless and informative experience for all.
- Engage with owners and guests to understand their vacation needs and preferences.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of vacation ownership plans.
- Build strong relationships with guests to ensure a personalized and tailored experience.
- Address any queries or concerns regarding vacation ownership, providing clear and concise information.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of guest interactions and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest resort offerings and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests, creating a positive and memorable impression.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall guest experience and vacation ownership program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for organization and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality/resort industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and driving results.
- A genuine interest in creating memorable vacation experiences for guests.
