- Welcome and engage pre-qualified guests in a face-to-face, appointment-only sales environment (no lead generation required).
- Build rapport by actively listening to guest needs, travel interests, and vacation goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities.
- Generate sales volume while maintaining a professional, ethical, and guest-focused approach.
- Maintain ongoing communication with guests through email, phone, and written correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
- Apply approved Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing development sessions.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment aligned with company values.
- Adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a proven record of performance.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to meet and exceed compensation plan and performance goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Experience in sales or marketing within luxury goods, hospitality, vacation ownership, or related industries.
