アウトバウンドの業務内容
ヒルトングランドバケーションズのコールセンターにて
- ゲスト/オーナー様に架電し、タイムシェア販売説明会(日本/ハワイ)への参加を提案、予約受付
- 日本およびハワイ宿泊プラン (WGパッケージ、ハワイパッケージ) の販売
- プログラムの販売におけるカード決済
- タイムシェア販売説明会予約後のメール配信
- その他、お客様からの問合せ対応
- 上記業務を通して、毎月/四半期/毎年のパフォーマンス目標を越えるためのアクション
職務における特定の義務と責任の範囲
- 電話対応 (受信・発信)
- データ入力 (Salesforce, VOICE, エクセルなどの同時操作)
- カード決済
- 苦情対応
- 上司への報連相
- その他、上司から依頼された職務の遂行
- 日本語におけるカスタマーコミュニケーションスキル
- クレーム対応力と問題解決力
- 数字を追う環境下でのストレス耐性
- マイクロソフトオフィスの実務上の操作経験（エクセル・ワード・パワーポイント）
- 1年以上のコールセンター経験もしくは同種の経験
- マーケティングおよびセールス分野における勤務経験
- タイムシェアの販売に関する知識や経験
