The VIP Sales Executive plays a key role in welcoming future vacation owners by presenting the Company’s Sampler Package (Vacation Introductory Program). You will lead guests through a polished, professional sales presentation and conduct exit surveys for those who do not purchase during their scheduled tour—always ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience.

Schedule Details
Our Sales Department operates 7 days a week.
After training, you will receive a 5‑day work schedule based on business needs.
VIP Sales Executive shifts typically fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
As a VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively follow up with all Vacation Introductory Program guests to minimize cancellations.
- Stamp all planners when turning tables to ensure accurate documentation.
- Achieve performance targets, maintaining 13.5% production or higher.
- Complete all Vacation Program agreements in full compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Deliver a professional, polished presentation to every qualified guest.
- Identify, address, and resolve any quality assurance concerns to enhance the guest experience.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 years of customer service experience with a track record of excellence.
- Strong ability to adapt and succeed in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Proven skills in resolving complex customer service issues.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience with a branded vacation ownership program or similar high‑touch sales environment.
