What will I be doing?
As a Sales Training Manager you would be responsible for crafting and driving the training of all new sales executives. Ensuring company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Trains and develops all Sales Executives and Sales Management.
- Provides ongoing training to support new hires go further into the closing sequence themselves as their abilities develop, which allows more time for sales closing support to those who truly need assistance on the table.
- Meets weekly with designated team members for the purpose of training, motivating and team building.
- Ensures the Sales staff’s understanding, dedication and adherence to all sales policies and procedures.
- Partners and meets regularly with sales management to provide training feedback on Sales Executives. Takes direction from senior management to assist in sales areas of critical need.
- Works individually with Sales Executives on performance related issues.
- Ensures the delivery of new hire sales training to include product knowledge, “The Art of Sales”, “How to Succeed”, Ethical Selling, Customer Service and Closing the Sale

- Previous timeshare sales training experience
- High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Possess a current/active Tennessee Timeshare License
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
