We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at Beachwoods Resort. This outstanding 150 room resort is a hidden gem and a destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In this position, you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians and Grounds persons.

Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, direct and train a team of 9 highly motivated Technicians.
- Assist the Chief Engineer with special projects..
- Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment
- Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems.
- Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
- Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
- EPA, OSHA, and CPO Certifications preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient with technology for reporting and work requests.
