- Perform legal audit of contracts to ensure contract completeness.
- Verification of all financial terms and title requirements to ensure adherence to company’s underwriting guidelines.
- Redaction of any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information.
- Issues identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information
- Entering pertinent audit findings into the Chorus system
- Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Cross train within Department and provide support.
- Participate on special assigned projects.
- Act as back-up for other departmental functions
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written, verbal and communication skills
- Hardworking teammate demeanor
- Notary Public
- Previous timeshare experience
- Knowledge of the documents required for a timeshare closing
- Access Database experience
- Microsoft Excel experience with crafting and maintaining spreadsheets
