The Inventory Coordinator will supervise inventory levels & needs (Can be rooms and/or tours based on business directive) This position requires you to be a local resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Add, remove, or modify all inventory (rooms & tours) to maximize efficiencies.
- Answer & respond to phone calls and emails regarding availability, booking procedures, budget goals, or any needed assistance from other teams/partners.
- Work with 3rd parties (including but not limited to internals & external partners)
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions for efficiency.
- Analyze, handle and forecast tour availability.
- Back up support for the Inventory Supervisor and the QA Team.
- Develop a strong relationship with the different tour site contacts.

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule Details:
Our Department operates 7 days per week, with two available shift options. Training is minimum of 4 weeks from Monday through Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm. Shift Schedule from 8:30a-5:00pm/ or 10:00am-6:30pm.
