As the Assistant Security Manager, you will be keeping the property secure, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone. Responsibilities Include:
- Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates, and supervises security operations, including lost and found processing and parking enforcement.
- Prepares reports, and records for the leadership team and evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
- Assists in preparing budget estimates and reports.
- Orders supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supervises security team members, initiating personnel actions, including recruitment, selections, transfers, and promotions.
- Supervises aquatics team members, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and all daily operations on the pool deck.
- Prepare work schedules, assign or delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
- Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies related to security.
- Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains accurate records.
- Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by leadership.
- Assists in implementing, training, and administering automated security systems, maintains records, and conducts periodic inspections.
- Assists with training on loss prevention, fire, blood-borne pathogens, and all other safety topics related to all team members.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and experience:
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3 years of related experience, preferably in a resort setting
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in the security field is required.
- Adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays.
- TAM, Health Card, Non-Gaming Card.
- CPR/AED Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Driver’s License (non-commercial) – must be state/specific.
