- セールス・プレゼンテーション(ツアー)後に物件を購入しなかったゲストに対し、ポスト・ツアー・サーベイを実施しながら、個々のゲストに適したVIPを提案し、販売する
- 会社が指定する一定の割合のVIP販売率を維持する
- VIP購入者に対して、ルールに基づいてバケーションプログラム契約を締結する
- すべてのVIP購入者に対して電話やEメール等でフォローし、VIP購入者のキャンセル率を下げる
- 拠点とするセールス・ギャラリーのセールス・マネージャーやセールスリーダー、セールス・エクゼクティブ等と協力し、チーム、会社としてのターゲット達成に取り組む
- その他、マネージメントからのリクエストに応じ、プロジェクト参加等を含む業務遂行
