As the Lead In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the In House Manager in driving and increasing tour flow by assisting with all marketing activities. The Lead provides direct supervision of In House Agents and marketing support team members and implements strategies to develop, train, and recruit team members.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Lead In House Marketing Representative will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assists management in achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets.
- Assists with implementing department initiatives to increase efficiency while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment towards guests and team members.
- Ensures team members are using company-approved scripts when speaking to guests.
- Perform the duties of team members to provide coverage as needed.
- Communicates the customer needs and interests to management so the Company will continue to change based on the market’s needs.
- Communicates information to prospective clients regarding the area’s locations and activities.
- Ensures In House team members consistently have all tools and collateral to perform their job stocked at their respective locations.
- Assist in other related duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the vacation ownership industry.
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the marketing/vacation ownership industry.
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
